Circuit board under speed control wheel is not functioning and the wheel itself is crushed inwards. The right side cap is smashed and the motor cover just under the cap is also cracked. No accessories present besides power lead.

Item missing all of its fixings and accessories. Item is also missing its right side handle bar under rail. Items makes a very loud noise but the running pad does not move.
