Items console is snapped on the adjusment knob also the level selection adjustment knob has broken off. Item tested with other console and the machine is not sending a signal to the console.

Item is scraping when in use which is damaging the rail, this can be seen with the metal shards at the bottom of the foot tray.
Echelon Stride 20 Sport Folding Connected Treadmill RRP £699
Item has both side caps snapped off. Item is missing its right hand handle bar. Items running pad jams mid stride making this product unsafe.

Technician Comments: Item cannot function without screen. The item needs repair, Items screen states it is corrupt, the back panel has also come away from the screen face.. Cannot be fixed. No power lead present.
