Collection Process for On-Site Pickup

We require for all collections of orders to be administered in the following manner. This is a mandatory requirement for all orders and purchasing customers.

Pre-Collection Preparation

· Step 1: Send the registration number and type of vehicle to anthony.shepherd@clearcycle.com, this has to be sent prior to arrival at site, if we don’t have this information the vehicle will be refused access to the site.

· Step 2: Organise any labour and equipment for the collection.

· Step 3: Ensure you have the customer reference number, address, contact details (at the bottom of the email), and have read the instructions for the pickup.

· Step 4: Make sure that your vehicle has enough space to accommodate all items and that you have packing materials for any items that may need additional protection during transport, please note that collection by car is not accepted and access to the site will be refused.

On-Site Collection Process

· Step 1: Upon arrival on site, call the number below to let us know you are here, you will then be given a location to park in, you will need to wait in the vehicle until advised by a ClearCycle member of staff it is safe to begin loading.

· Step 2: Take All Packaging: Load all packaging and wrap into the vehicle for proper disposal or recycling later. Double-check that the site is clear, or all materials and all items have been collected, and Please leave the site as you found it with any pallets stacked neatly.

· Step 3: Dispose of or recycle any packaging materials off site in accordance with environmental guidelines.
