You could find you have a problem sku set or an image does not accurately depict an item.

Are you using the right carriers? Many fragile items are less likely to be damaged if handled less, should you have a second carrier for these goods.

Many larger items may be the right size for the intended location but stress to customers before buying or before dispatch to check that the internal route will accommodate that size of product.

If there is a small issue, can you offer a discount for the consumer to keep the item? You'll be amazed how often they say yes!

All too often goods are dispatched with the assumption the packaging is fit for purpose.
Review it with your carriers as they can give good feedback and brief their teams as how best to handle your goods.
