Technician’s assessment: the rear cover and side caps have snapped off, the bottle holder has also snapped and there is a large amount of hair/fur in the motor section.

Technician’s assessment: the side cap has snapped off, the water bottle holder tray has snapped on one end and the buttons on the handle bars do not work. Item is also missing all accessories.
